Magic: The Gathering

Keith Loveys Memorial

Introduction

This event is held each year in memory of Keith Loveys who passed away in September 2003 (aged 54).

Keith was known for always coming back from a bar with two pints of ale (this he assured us was only to save time) in honour of this the Keith Loveys Memorial is a drinking tournament where players are required to consume a minimum of 2 pints and 4 units of alcohol per round (there is a soft drink alternative available for those unable or unwilling to consume alcohol).

The winner of this event is not necessarily the best Magic player...
